Timeline of Promise

This unit teaches Christian history from “God’s eternal perspective.” Beginning with eternity past and ending in eternity future, God’s plan for His children is revealed through His promises in both the Old and New Testaments. Children are introduced to the nature and character of God and learn of God’s gift of eternal life that comes through Jesus Christ. Each child finds he and his nation both have a place in God’s Story. An accompanying Bible story is read to the children from The Children’s Illustrated Bible while they color beautifully designed coloring sheets. This guide includes 24 scripted lessons, 24 student coloring pages and graphic organizers, classroom vocabulary cards and colored timeline wall cards.
