Wooden story figures, backdrops, brightly colored underlays, the Scriptures, a storyteller, and art all combine for an inspiring and wholistic learning experience that cultivates Christian imagination and creativity in children of all ages. This guide contains an introduction to the power of storytelling, using biblical word symbols and imagery, and cultivating the Christian imagination, as well as 18 scripted presentations from our AMO® Timeline of Promise and the story-figure and backdrop patterns. Each lesson plan provides the carefully written story for the storyteller’s aid, a photo of the layout, and the methods to create the spirit of wholesome reflection and wonder. Student resources are accessed by a QR code on the Paper version of the guides.
